We are concerned about the Privacy of our customers and their contacts. We never share emails, contact info and phone numbers provided to us by our customers when ordering. We strictly use Order Management software with encrypted database which doesn’t get access to internet.
Our new Site Cart System / Order Management system may collect customer’s information, but we keep that information strictly confidential and for our business purpose only. We do store / keep the receipts and invoices and other relevant shipping data of the orders processed and shipped already for future reference.
We do keep record of our customers and their orders so that we can track their order history and offer them discount for future orders.
In any case we never share or disclose any information regarding our customers to any suppliers, companies or people.

Certain parts of the website may be incomplete, contain errors or become expired at any point in time. We duly Test everything and every order before sending it out to make sure everything is in perfect working condition. We do not send out defective or faulty products due to personal testing before shipping out process.
We pick our material from different suppliers and thus return and refund policies applied here are of those suppliers Return and Refund policies. If a supplier has a return and refund policy we will follow it. If a supplier has Return and Replace with new item policy, we will follow it, if a supplier does not offer any return and refund policy, we will follow it.
In any case a good practice is as follow:
If you believe you have received defective product or product with faults and issues. Kindly take clear pictures or make video and send us the pictures and videos so we can start working immediately to resolve your issues.
Remember Anger or non cooperation will not get us anywhere in resolving the issues. Our intentions are always to help and support the customers while following ours and our suppliers policies.

TAFT hobby RC Jets
Taft hobby RC jets ship directly from factory. Factory makes sure everything is in working conditions before sending out. Still if a customer finds that their jet has issues after opening box, we encourage them to take clear high resolution pictures showing the issues of their RC Jet they purchased and email those pictures asap to us. We will send the pictures to Factory and will help to resolve the issues as soon as possible.
- If the factory decides that they should ship free replacement parts we will ship them out immediately.
- If the factory decides that the parts or jets were not faulty and that they were shipping damage, 9r were damaged due to customer’s fault, customer has to purchase the damaged parts.
- RC jets or parts damaged due to inappropriate use and setup, and or flight crashes are not supported by factory replacement policies.
- In any case we will have to follow the Factory decision that will be considered final.
Plug and Play FPV Combos
We duly test them before shipping out. In case you find any of the unit faulty kindly contact us and as per the Item brand and Manufacturing company Return / Refund / Support policy of defective unit, we will assist you.
Feiyu Tech Products
Items like Hornet OSD and FY31AP, and all the Feiyu Tech products sold via our site will follow the Return / Refund / support Policy of FeiYu Tech.
All the DJI products sold via our site will follow the Return / Refund / support Policy of DJI.
All Fatshark products sold via our site will follow the Return / Refund / support Policy of FatShark.
All BEVRC products sold via our site will follow the Return / Refund / support Policy of BEVRC.
We supply different Quadcopters solutions using materials from a number of suppliers. In such case we will follow the Return / Refund / Support policy of all those suppliers for different parts. Normally Motors, ESCs, Frames and Propellers have no return / refund policies.
Highly customized RTF models are always flight tested to make sure everything works in perfect condition before shipping out.
All LotusRC products sold via our site will follow the Return / Refund / support Policy of LotusRC.
There is a complete page for ofm multirotors terms and conditions, please find it in site menus and read before you decide to claim for a refund. For OFM RTF Multirotors we never send the product out without flight testing. We flight test and make sure everything is working before shipping out. Later if customers find any of the Speed controller, motor or flight controller is not working, we will assist to find out the issue, but customer has to buy the replacement in case replacement is needed, as Speed Controllers and motors that we buy do not come with any warranty.
In case customer insists for free replacement, customer will have to send the defective item back to us for our testing and pay for all the shipping forth and back. After testing we will declare if the component was bad due to its quality fault or due to customer’s fault. if the component was bad due to quality fault we will replace the component free of charge (only for motors and ESCs, not applicable to DJI Components) and ship replacement.
If the component was faulty due to customer’s fault, we encourage to simply buy new components. in any such cases customers should pay the shipping costs.
For ARF multirotors, we do not take any responsibilities as we do not know customers skills, expertise and knowledge for assembly. ARF machines need a total understanding and prior experience to assemble, connect, solder and knowledge of using different flight controllers, programming and setup experience. If customer has no such experience, we will not take any responsibility for any damage, faults and issues for supplied ARF machines and their parts. In case customer could not assemble the machine due to lack of knowledge and assembly or assembled it wrong, causing damage to multirotor, property or people we do not take responsibility for anything and we will not encourage Paypal disputes.
we highly recommend you to study and fully understand our policies regarding OFM Multirotors before purchase. Your confirm purchase of any OFM multirotor no matter ARF or RTF Means you fully understand the terms and conditions stipulated here and agree to them.
For ARF if customer finds any of the Motors or ESCs are faulty, customer should buy new components, as mentioned above we do not supply any warranty for ESCs and motors. If customer insists for free replacement, they should ship the faulty items back to us for our testing. after testing we can find out if the item was really faulty. in such cases we will provide free replacement for motor and escs only, and ship the replacement item to customer.
In all cases we encourage customers to talk to us to resolve the issues in friendly manners.
Other Products and suppliers
Same applies as mentioned above for the suppliers return, refund, and support policy.
Important Notice: In any case when support, Return is needed as per the suppliers policies we follow, Customers will have to pay for all the shipping costs of Sending the defective, item back to us, and pay the shipping costs of new / repaired or replaced item back to them. Any other expenses incurred during this support process, customers will have to pay the costs. This is a non negotiable term.
We will not accept any goods returned due to customer’s mistake or returned products evaluated not to be faulty. We will not be responsible if Customer makes a mistakes and purchases a wrong item.
We will not be responsible if package sent back to us got stuck in China customs. If customs agree to release the package after tax payments customers will pay for the tax amount as well as other expenses. If customs refuses to release the package even after we did our best and supplied all documents, we will not take any responsibility of this loss of package.
We reserve the right to determine whether or not a product is defective. This applies to all sales and products without exception
If the returned product is verified faulty:
The product will be replaced or repaired as per the Support policy of our suppliers. Customer has to pay all the shipping expenses forth and back during this process.
If the returned product is verified as working:
The product will be shipped back to you as soon as possible. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Any item that has been opened, customer tried to repair, soldered, or opened the item to try to fix, will not be accepted for support.
Any item that is in not resalable condition for another reason is NOT eligible for return. No exceptions to this whatsoever
We always do our best to pack product well and supply all the relevant documentation along with the package (inside or outside) to deal with Customs, we also supply commercial invoices required by Customs at either countries (source and destination) . In addition we provide low cost invoices as per customer’s request (if asked). However once the package is shipped out from our office and arrives at either country’s (source or destination) customs , we are no more responsible for it. If custom decides to open it, hold the package, delays the package, destroys the package, charges you more taxes etc, we are not responsible for it.
we also do not take responsibilities of any kind for lost packages.
We also make sure to pack the products for a best safe shipping. However if shipper damages the product during shipping, we are not responsible for it.
In case you find your ordered product box arrived beaten and broken, kindly do not accept the shipment.
There is no exception to above mentioned rules and upon purchase of any OFM product simply means a customer understands and agrees to our policies.
